All 298win accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts and game balances are all displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by the platform, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own exchange or transaction terms where applicable.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 298win will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before any administrative fee is applied to an inactive account balance. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or any other party — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
To process a withdrawal, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment method you intend to use for the withdrawal. Verification exists to protect player accounts and to ensure that funds are returned to the correct account holder.

Real-money funds that were deposited directly and carry no active bonus wagering requirements can be withdrawn at any time subject to the verification requirement above. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been completed in full as stated in the specific promotion terms.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases any winnings generated from it) must be turned over a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion description. If any of this is unclear, the support team can explain it before you claim.
298win monitors bonus activity to ensure fair use. Patterns indicating bonus abuse — such as low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings and account review.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing and claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus wagering requirement is still in progress may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements not completed within the stated time limit will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 298win — your access to the platform will be removed and any active sessions will be ended.
